Of course, everybody is human and no one can concentrate 100% all day. My biggest distraction is actually BBC news, I’m always checking the top stories each day and losing track of time!

      Is the pope a catholic?
Of course, it is human nature. And procrastination can actually be helpful. You clear your mind for a bit and think of something completely different. This helps me sometimes when I’m mulling something over in my head.
Of course, too much procrastination is not good, so you need to find a balance that works for you.

Yes, especially when I am doing something I don’t enjoy. Such as writing new lectures. Sometimes I find it hard to get back to writing a manuscript after being away from it for a long time and I take a while to get back into it. On the whole, though, I find my job is so demanding that I can’t afford to procrastinate too much, my schedule is often planned to the last 10 minute

      🙁

Definitely, Reddit, Facebook, Imgur, Youtube and news sites are all fiends with the sole intention of stealing my time! Fortunately, we do manage to get some work done at some point.
