• Question: I heard that everybody will eat a spider in their life,is this true?

      The statistic that circulated was around 8 spiders per person per lifetime,

      but…fear not, It’s an urban myth!! When the internet was first released there were millions of fake statistics and rumours about just about anything, so a journalist called Holst published a list of ridiculous urban myths to see if anyone would believe them, and people did!! that is how we have all come to believe the spider thing-it does seem likely though, the tiny spiders that float on water or in our sleep.

      I think some people may accidentally swallow a spider and unaware but it would be very hard to say or prove that EVERYONE at some point
