As Diana says, it’s definitely better for you than sunbathing and sunbeds. I guess the only way it would harm your skin is if you were allergic to one of the ingredients, or if you used a particularly greasy one that blocked your pores.
Fake tan is the healthiest option, but if your using it you should always do a tiny test (somewhere discreet) to check that you aren’t allergic to any of the ingredients…and that the colours right!!
