      Yes, when it is related to the real world. For example when you study calculus you learn about a mysterious object called dx that isn’t a number but can multiply something you “integrate”, or divide something you “differentiate”. It’s necessary to have jargon and rules, but don’t forget that to integrate is just to add many tiny parts (like the volume of a paper roll is the sum of all the sheet volumes), and to differentiate is just to find slopes (like the slope under your feet when you walk up a hill).
