      I’d Have to say Edward Lorenz, but just as he was starting to find the really strange results which led him to Chaos theory

      I think Richard Feynman would have made for a very entertaining evening.

      Henry Cavendish would have been a tricky one, at Royal Society dinners he apparently used to run away and hide if anyone taked to him.
