Hi supahhotfire, this is actually possible using modern science! Sound waves – even the ones Justin creates – are like waves on water. All you need to do is run similar waves back at the original ones, out of phase, and you have flat water again! So you basically have to play anti-Bieber at whoever is annoying you and the two will cancel out.

This technology is used inside expensive cars to make them sound quieter! A recording of the engine noise is played anti-phase inside the car and the sound waves are cancelled. Here’s a more technical description if you want to know more:
