      Hi Ninjasaurus,
      Scientists have not been able to grow a whole new brain in the lab, but they can make rain cells, ie neurons in the lab from stem cells and yes, they can make them fluorescent so they do glow! This is useful because if we were to ever transplant these cells back into the body, we could track them to see how they are behaving!
