      argh ok, well there are a number of drugs that can increase different types of performance. Unfortunately most of them are banned in the UK for example steroids and Erythropoietin (EPO). Caffeine has been shown to increase performance but you need to check on how much you can take, you don’t want to take to much. A very resent development in exercise performance is the use of a molecule nitric oxide. Interestingly this is in many foods such as beetroot. Resent studies have shown that eating beetroot or drinking beetroot juice increases endurance (long distance) exercise performance. Hope this helps
