That is a good question, a lot of people use Wikipedia, including me! But I do not always believe what is written there, so no I don’t trust Wikipedia all the time. I find it a good place to give links for pictures (as I’ve done in some of my answers).
The problem with Wikipedia is that it can be written by anyone. So you can log onto the website and type about a subject with all your knowledge, some of that may be true but some of what you type might be slightly wrong. But Wikipedia does not check any of the science so it will put what you type on its website and other people can read it.
I think it is a very good site to get some information but if I wanted to make sure the information was fact and not made up then I would search other websites or use journals and papers (where the information originally comes from) to make sure the information on Wikipedia was truthful.
It is always good practice to look up the same information elsewhere just to make sure what is written on Wikipedia is actually the right answer.
