Well technically speaking yes……it can be seen as a form of physical activity and exercise which if engaged in on a regular basis can help with good heart health.
Also it can enhace feelings of self worth and happiness and so enhance your well being.
People with healthy regular sex lives tend to be happier and life longer.
But it is a double edged sword, it can also be a source of much distress unhappiness and emotional turmoil so its a tricky thing which should be thought about long and hard before you decide to embark upon this difficult adventure in life.
I would recomend a nice long run as a good alternative 🙂
