  There is mostly nothing physically wrong with psychopaths: what we used to called “psychopathic” we now called “antisocial personality disorder”.
  
  People with antisocial personality disorder actually are able to appear very normal most of the time. The biggest different between normal people and people with this disorder is that they find it hard to bond with any other human being, and they have no understanding or care for anyone else’s feelings.
