• Question: why are 2007 pennies, worth more than 2006 pennies?

      Money isn’t actually worth anything, it’s just that we have put value on money. There is a great book called the richest man in babylon all about the value of money. I reccommend that you read it.

      Because there is one penny more! Actually it is probably because the reprocessed value of the melted down coins increased over the year. But worth is relative. Just look at the value of money in Zimbabwe! Money is only a means of trading.

      I honestly do not know the answer to this question! Is it true? the only thing I can think of is maybe it is something to do with recession…as the recession hit in 2008. let me know if you find out!

      Is this a trick question? Is it because there is one more penny in 2007 than in 2006?
