I think film! Although when I have been to see a film which is also a book… I always think the book version is better.

sooo probably film…unless it is a film based on a book then I would have to say book.

Basically…I like going to the cinema and eating popcorn :)…you can’t do this with a book.

Oh that’s hard. I can’t imagine living without either. I should say film because it’s part of my livelihood, but when I lived in France I didn’t have a TV and read a lot and felt very smug and intellectual (until eventually cracking and buying DVD boxsets to watch on the laptop).

So films for crashing out, and books for longer-lasting escapism and being more portable.

I don’t think I can chose between them! Reading a good book is great because I can let my imagination take over and watching a great films is wonderful because I get drawn in and feel a part of the action.

It depends what mood i’m in. I love watching films but I have a really bad habit of falling asleep half way through and then i don’t know what has happened. The only films that keep me awake are horror films as i’m too scared to close my eyes. I even fall asleep in the cinema!!!!

I like reading books when i’m in bed or preferably when i’m on the beach.
