      So far I have looked at using Green Tea as a way to aid weight loss, I’m still testing this at the moment so I can’t tell you whether it works or not. Green tea has been found by other scientists to increase the amount of fat that you use for energy at rest and during exercise. I don’t think green tea, if you drink loads of it, will make you look like Cheryl Cole (I wish) but its meant to increase weight loss if you drink it along with eating a healthy, balanced diet and you take part in regular exercise.
