• Question: What do you think creatures that live in the deepest depths of the ocean would be like?

      I think they would be very dark skinned in colour to blend in so they can catch their prey..I also think they would be really big and probably more scary than the great white shark with very sharp teeth!

      I just had a look on google and the creatures which live in the depths of the ocean are things like the the vampire squid, the coffin fish, the giant squid, the gulper eel, the dragon fish, the fangtooth and the viper fish…they all look pretty scary to me and I have never heard of any of them before except for the giant squid!

      A bit like aliens- what ever aliens look like!!! I think they will have big eyes so that they can see in the dark

      Phosphorescent (bioluminescent) – most can create their own light chemically, and can flash an array of neon-like colours. Beautiful.

      Most a very small organisms like bacteria that can withstand high pressures. They are known as extremophiles.

      They might look a bit like tiny octopus with the ability to make their own light so that they can stimulate plant growth down there.
