There are such things as time zones…thats why when it is 12.00pm here it is 10.00pm at night in Sydney in Australia and 1pm in Paris! As far as time warps go I am not sure…maybe waaay out in space their may be time warps but not on Earth.

There are 24 time zones around the world. The only place where time could be thought of warping is in the Pacific where by crossing the International date line you skip days. If you leave Japan on Monday and travel East you arrive in The US on Sunday!

There are local time zones within the earth, where different parts of the globes use different times compared to Greenwich, London, but I’m guessing that you maan local anomalies or disturbances in time. Einstein’s work says that this is entirely possible, as the “fabric” of time can be bent but we’re still learning about this.
