• Question: I know this is probably a question for the gene zone but I can't ask it there so what would happen if humans had an extra pair of chromozones? (have I spelt that right?)

I know very very little about this topic. However I think that humans have 23 pairs of chromosomes. I have read once upon a time that it would be a disadvantage for humans to have an extra pair but i’m not sure why. I also read once that an extra pair of chromosomes could give you superhuman strength- not sure if i believe that!!!
