Question: do you test running spikes, which do you think are the best?

  I don’t test spikes. One of my colleagues at Sheffield (Matt Carre) tests football studs so he might know. One of the problems is that all spikes have to be the right shape and size to fit with the equipment rules so there are only small differences allowed.
