Question: when did the last volcano erupt?

Volcanoes erupt all the time! In fact, as I’m typing this there are volcanoes erupting in South America, Italy, Alaska and in south east Asia. Most eruptions are only quite small, which is why most people don’t hear about them (it’s not worth putting on the news). I get emails every week updating me on what is erupting and where 🙂
