CO2 is made from one carbon atom and two oxygen atoms, and all atoms are matter. There is a thing called anti-matter but it only exists in experiments and for very short amounts of time. Anti-matter is the opposite of matter. However, if you’re asking about CO2 because it is a greenhouse gas and has a warming effect on the planet, the opposite might be something like ice. Ice reflects energy that comes to our planet from the sun in the form of light. Because ice is so white it bounces the light back into space. Hope this helps!
