• Question: What is the point of finding new galaxies? What can we do with that information?

      Anything that helps us know more about the universe and the way it works is a good thing. Knowing how many galaxies there are, how they behave and how they’re related to each other helps us to prove or disprove a lot of theories and ideas in physics and astrophysics.

      Who knows, one day we might find evidence of aliens or something equally unexpected in a far away galaxy.
