• Question: How would a room become anti- gravity? What do you do to get rid of the gravity?

      Well, one thing you could do is lift the room up really high and then drop it – as it’s falling back down to earth there will be no gravity (because you and the room are falling with the same acceleration as gravity)

      They actually do this for astronaut training, they fly a boeing in parabolic loops up and down for them to experience the weightlessness

      There’s currently no actual anti-gravity generator – people feel weightless in space because they’re orbiting, which is like falling but never hitting the Earth. So there’s always gravity on the space station, but the acceleration from orbiting cancels it out so you don’t feel it.

      There are ways to get rid of electric fields, such as a “Faraday cage”, but no way to block gravity that we know just yet.
