      I’d never thought about this before – good question!
      Here’s a link to something that might help, although I’ll do my best to tell you in my own words too

      Basically you get a soggy mixture of tiny bits of paper and then squeeze all the water out and dry it super flat so it sticks together. Then you cut it up – fold them into a box and it’s ready to blow your nose on!
