There are so many careers in biology you could study… Depending on your other subjects you kind go into other specialist subjects. For example completing a Biology A Level alongside chemistry could allow you to consider pharmacy. It is a good idea to choose A Levels you enjoy as it will keep you inspired- but at the same time as you study the subject you may find other areas within biology interesting such as Ecology, analysis of natural drugs from plants.

I never did Biology past year 9! I was in Scotland where for Standard Grade(equiv to GCSE) they split up the sciences. I did Chemistry & Physics.
The answer is lots! And these opportunities are evolving all the time as new research is done…..
Biophysics is a new area-if you miss physics, the door is still open…..
Google Rosalind Franklin & Dorothy Hodgkin: my heroes!

The opportunities are endless. There are lots of awesome jobs for biologists. I think the coolest one I know of is looking at samples from outter space for life forms!
