A lot of people have got a fear of the unknown, being afraid to discover new things. My favourite thing about science that it is a stepping stone to the unknown, a tool to expand our knowledge of what is around us. There is no other job that allows you to ask a question and then go and do experiments to answer your question. Those kind of jobs can only be found in science.

My favourite thing is that you can explain almost anything through science! Almost everything can be linked to Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths or Engineering! The more I learn about science, the more about the world I understand.

I love the fact that even a negative result is a positive outcome. Sometimes when you are exploring a maze (research is a journey into the unknown, not unlike a maze!) it is as important to close a door as to open one!
