I think it depends, when my experiment is working well, there isn’t really that much to do to get it running so it just tends to churn out a lot of data. However, when it has broken down, it takes a lot of time to fix and it can be frustrating spending so much time fixing it.
Data analysis can be quite tedious to do but it’s great actually starting to get answers about the molecules you’re looking at and it’s really good for prompting more questions that you want to answer in future experiments.
Experiments are probably more fun but I definitely like having the data analysed!
