My dream is to be able to use all of the colours from the rainbow, which are the colours in the visible light region.

At the moment I can use violet, blue and in some instance UV. From next week I should also be able to start using green, trying to go through the visible spectrum bit by bit.

The way I choose the colours I use is dependant on the colour of the chemicals I am working with, so something that looks yellow would absorb in the blue region, therefore I would use a blue light. Next week I shave gotten my hands on some Eosin Y, which is used as a red dye, which absorbs light in the green region.
