I have two main ideas on how I would be able to use Vitamin B2, but the first and most important thing to do is to make sure that the reaction works, and that it is efficient in changing light the chemical energy.

Once that is done I can do 2 different things:
Modify my vitamin B2 to flavinmononucleotide, which is a cofactor in the human body and helps out a number of reactions to take place in the body. It seems that nature has found an easy way to make this reaction work, but it has not yet been replicated in a lab
Reduce the concentration of the reactants so that the vitamin B2 would be able to dissolve.

Both of these options would reduce the efficiency of the whole system, but thankfully, I have three years to find a suitable solution.
