We can always make new ones in a computer of course, but observationally we can’t find new/other Universes (at least so far!).
Having said that, both me and many Astronomers can find new galaxies, which contain hundreds of billions of stars and planets, so it’s almost like they are mini-Universes.
In order to do that I use some large telescopes on the ground and in space to survey large patches of the sky. I specifically use special filters to go back in time by specific amounts and slice the Universe in cosmic time so galaxies that existed say 1 ,2, 4, 5, 10 billion years ago light up in the sky with these special filters.
