I’d love to. I think the things i do could be quite inspiring for young kids and hopefully I could use my experience to show them science isn’t boring!

I’ve actually done some teaching in schools and I really enjoyed it.

I do do school visits – I aim for about 2-3 a year. And I have considered teaching, but right now I’m enoying working in research and I feel I can reach more people than just in one school by doing things like this and other activities trying to communicate my work to people. 🙂

I do! I never imagined being a teacher when I was in school, but I teach biology and geography and geology to school kids from 14 upwards. I quite enjoy it now that I understand it – it’s nice to feel like you’ve helped or inspired kids with things they’ve had difficulty with in the past.

I do lots of work with schools. I’ve worked with 8 year old up to 18 year olds. I really enjoy talking to them about my work and get asked some brilliant questions.
