      Great question!

Definitely do. The stellar mass ones (10-50x the mass of the sun) can be in orbits with other stars so they’re both going around together. The supermassive ones at the center of galaxies don’t tend to move ‘by themselves’, they move with the galaxies, and all the galaxies in the universe are actually on the move!
