Question: What is your favourite thing about food psychology?

hmmmmmmm……my favourite thing is discovering things about the way we operate without knowing about it and how people can use this to manipulte how we eat(its almost like subliminal messages), for example most of the main supermarket’s put nesessity items such as milk, bread etc. at the back of the shop so that people have to waid through all the special offers and be tempted to buy those as well (have a look next time your in a supermarket and see) Also some companies use the smell of freshly baked bread or cookies to intice people in-all of which we are unaware of and then we wonder why we came in for milk and left with chocolate instead! But once we become aware of these temptations its the first step to helping resist them!
