      It depends what you mean by having trouble speaking — some people have communicative impairments, or a disability which means they’re unable to speak in the same way that someone else would. Others who can otherwise speak without impairment may be nervous, or not sure what to say.

      In the case of the former, that’s a question for a neuroscientist or medical doctor. For the latter, speaking is central to who we are and so being nervous about speaking and showing who you are is completely normal. It takes time getting used to it.
