• Question: You have a great sense of humour, do you think that this helps in your job when interacting with other people?

      Buzzers (I hope this is flattery and not sarcasm). I have a monstrous ego so i’ll assume the former. I think it definitely helps to make the workplace more fun and probably to make teams work better together. As long as you aren’t using your humour in an intentionally nasty way it’s usually OK. I think it’s sometimes hard to know how things come across on-line and easier to judge face-face. I hope everybody on imascientist realises I mean no harm.

      (Apart from to the Silicon zone scientists. I think they are fair game and will do my best to undermine them and get them booted off before me…In fact I might send my face-eating bacteria their way! (kiddingish)
