Depends how much insulation you were wearing 🙂
In particular, if you had a space blanket / mirror facing the sun, and then had some kind of head pump with a radiator facing back towards space (which is only 3 Kelvin), you would be able to get really, scarily, close.
And we are lucky that we have an atmosphere on Earth to protect us by absorbing some of the radiation coming from the sun, otherwise our skin would frazzle (sunburn!) very quickly when we went outside.
Though if we didn’t have an atmosphere, we would have more to worry about than sunburn.
