      I performed the experiment of the liquid nitrogen ice-cream when I was in my 3rd year of University in Milan, under the supervision of a “liquid nitrogen expert”.
      Making ice-cream with liquid nitrogen is actually very simple, because it’s a substance that is very (extremely) cold, so the ice-cream is ready almost instantaneously.
      Liquid nitrogen is very dangerous though and need to be handled very carefully. It’s so cold that if you’re not careful, you can easily burn your skin!
