Question: if you are excitable and easily distracted, do you have ADHD ?

  I do have ADHD – it was quite a problem for me at school because I couldn’t sit still and was easily distracted so I could concentrate on things I found boring.
  As an adult, I now am able to channel that energy into places that I want to but I still HATE being stuck in boring meetings / talks – it drives me crazy!
  Some new research suggests that people with ADHD are better at seeing links between random things because their brains flit around so much. I like to think this helps me with my research because I study physics and biology!
