• Question: What is the easiest way of getting rid of fat quickly?

      Fat is a long term energy store on our bodies so the best way is to exert ourselves for a long enough time to start using that type of energy. This is why people like running and marathon runners are so slim! Of course energy has to go in as well like any machine, so prevention using fuel (food) that is good for us instead of fatty is the best. If youre talking about on a bacon sandwich though then probably with a knife :S

      Eating a balanced diet (not too much of any one thing and as little processed food as possible) and getting plenty of exercise!
