      Hi,

      My work involves lots of areas of health and medicine including:
      1. Doing my own research on health and disease to help people with their lifestyles (diet, exercise) so they can reduce their risk of getting ill or help make their lives easier when they do get ill;
      2. Teaching doctors and other people working in health and medicine all about how to understand scientific evidence so that they can help their patients make the best decisions about their healthcare;
      3. Investigating media stories and headlines about health and medicine to make sure they are based on good science
      4. Writing my own blog to help communicate all of the things I do in a way that is easy to understand. You can see my blog here (feel free to leave a comment – that would be great!): http://davidnunan-uk.com/

      Hey,

      I studies a lot at university to learn how do develop new drugs and what causes lots of illnesses. These days though I work on nanotechnology and trying to build new tiny machines, or find chemicals that can be used as electronics. Exciting, but not very much to do with health and medicine…yet 🙂
