I work at a university in Oxford and have a shared office space. Looking at news headlines about health in one part of my job but there a loads of other things I do – like running clinical trials and teaching doctors about evidence.
But I can see a headline anywhere – often I pick them up from the paper on the train. I often tear out stories and headlines then when I get to my office I go look for the science behind them to see if it’s any good and whether the paper is reporting the science accurately.
