      Hey,

      Thankfully not for a long time!
      The sun will live for another 5 billion (that’s 5 000 000 000) years, and when the sun dies, so will the world. That’s a lot of time to find a new planet to live on, so we should be fine 🙂

      Hi,

      Hopefully not anytime soon!
      The sun has about 4 to 5 billion years of energy left before it dies and the swallows us up as it collapses. By then we’d probably have worked out how to travel at warp speed and be able to find somewhere else in the universe to live! 🙂
