      That depends on the virus. Different viruses have different shapes and sizes and would therefore look differently. Because they are so small, you have to use an electron microscope to be able to see them. Most viruses look like many-sided dice because they are symmetrical. This is a property that we take advantage of in my research. How many sides depends on the virus, though.
