      Hi
I used to get to go to quite a few conferences and meetings in America and Europe but now I’ve got 2 kids so it’s harder to get away

      Hi,

I do get to travel quite a bit. Sometimes it’s to a conference to present some of my research findings. For this I’ve been to places like Boston, Vienna, Paris, Helsinki and loads of places around the UK.

I also travel to teach about understanding scientific evidence – next year I am going to Dubai which I am really looking forward to as I’ve not been before.

Being a scientist does give you lots of opportunities to travel if that’s something you like 🙂

      Hey,

I haven’t been to many places to do science yet, but since there are scientists all over the world working on different things, it is very common for scientists to travel to meetings in different countries to share ideas.
