      Hello,

      It’s a tough question – there are lots of different answers out there. When you’re born your eyes are about 1.7 cm long and will grow quickly for the next three years to be about 2.3 cm. Then over the next 10 years the’ll grow slightly bigger to 2.4 cm before they stop growing completely.
      Almost everyone over the age of about 15 has the exact same size eyeballs, whether they are tall, short a boy or a girl!
