Because I want to know more about how a chemical (DNA) is able to make us the way we are, and how the same chemical (still DNA, but with its ‘letters’ arranged in a different order) can make other things such as bacteria or animals!

Specifically, I want to know how ‘typos’ in our DNA can lead to disease or how they influence the diversity we see in humans.
