The first science book I read was about the human body. All of it was interesting – I found it really fascinating that we have all these organs inside us that do very different things such as think, keep our blood circulating, filter our blood, let us sense the world around us, all working together to keep us alive.

This had definitely started my interest in biology – I don’t need to look to space to find interesting things, I need only look at the cool things our body (and our cells, and the DNA inside those cells) does.
