It is difficult to predict the temperature of the sea in 100 years of time because there are so many factors that determine sea temperature including climate change, geographical location, ocean current movements.
With this in mind, historically for the period 1950-2009, global average sea surface temperatures of the Indian, Atlantic, and Pacific oceans has increased by 0.65°C, 0.41°C, and 0.31°C respectively. By the year 2100, the rise in temperature of the surface layers of the ocean could be between 1°C(best-case scenario) to 3°C (worst-case scenario) which will be really bad for the marine life especially to corals. Read about coral bleaching and it will tell you more.
