It’s a galaxy with the rather uninspiring name of IC 1101. It has a diameter of about 4 million light years – that is, it would take light (which is already really, really fast, travelling at 300,000 kilometers per second) 4 million years to travel through it!

In comparison, our own Milky Way is “only” 100,000 light-years in diameter, which is 40 times smaller.
