      It definitely is! I have learned so much since I started three years ago – I’ve never worked with a computer before, but it’s not too hard to learn. Writing computer code is like trying to solve a puzzle – all the pieces you need are scattered around forums on the internet, you just need to bring them together to get computer programs to do what you want them to do.

      Discovering more about what our genes do and how mutations work is fascinating, and there are so many more questions that need answering..

      Yes, it’s very interesting! I get to solve problems using physics but I’ve also learnt so much about the human body. There’s new research all the time which means my job is constantly changing so it never gets boring!
