Unfortunately, I don’t think we will ever know exact details about the first humans because, so it is hard to say when the first human baby was born.
The first humans probably didn’t even have names for each other!

We believe that we had ape-like ancestors that may have looked something like the monkeys we have today!
I don’t know much about when or how humans started using names, interesting question!
